About Us

Heintzfilms is a full service production company specializing in wedding videography, corporate and special event videos, and other services including music videos, short film, promotional videos and commercials.  Owner and operator, Tim Heintz, has over nine years experience shooting, editing, and directing video productions in the Bay Area and Northern California, and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Motion Pictures and Television from the Academy of Art in San Francisco.  Over the years while doing freelance work and working full-time for a non-profit organization, Tim filmed and edited numerous weddings throughout the Central Valley and Bay Area; various music videos and documentaries for independent artists; videos for corporate clients, as well as continued to direct and produce independent short films and local plays.  Recognizing the need for a strong independent production company in Northern California, Tim established Heintzfilms in December 2003.

Using top of the line cameras and digital editing equipment, Heintzfilms can create compelling projects for all your videography needs.  We strive to produce high quality videos that preserve and capture your special moments and important events.  Tim uses his lifelong artistic background in drawing, watercolor, and acrylic painting to help influence the production of videos that are filled with beautiful photography and creative editing.  Each project’s focus is to hold true to its objective while keeping the viewer’s full attention.  We pay attention to what is modern and fresh and stay away from the overused and boring styles that are often used in other video production services.  Heintzfilms approaches each project from the eye of the prospective client or engaged couple – what do you want to see in your final video?  We take your vision and mix them with our talents and production style to create an unforgettable video experience.
